YEBO ACADEMY

Year Beyond is a flagship programme of the Western Cape Youth Development Strategy. It links unemployed youth to economic opportunity around the country. The Yebo Academy is one of their initiatives that develops mentors and leaders in marginalised communities. In part, it also serves the larger Year Beyond programme by creating a pipeline of quality mentors that delivers the programme in community.

The Academy is brand new and I documented their first year of running the programme to help share it with youth, potential funders and partners.
